Data Controller(أنت المسؤول عن المعالجة)

The user is the data controller for pupil, client, and accounting data. Maktabi is a local tool you run, not a SaaS that ingests data.

أنت المسؤول عن معالجة بيانات التلاميذ والعملاء والحسابات. مكتبي أداة محلية تشغّلها على جهازك، وليس منصة SaaS تستوعب البيانات.

Local-First Processing(المعالجة المحلية أولاً)

Document parsing, OCR, and indexing execute entirely on the user's workstation.

تعمل عمليات تحليل المستندات والتعرف الضوئي على الحروف (OCR) والفهرسة كلياً على محطة العمل الخاصة بك.

Deterministic Pre-Flight Masking(إخفاء الهوية الحتمي)

Before any generative AI request is dispatched, an in-memory masking step anonymises personal identifiers (e.g. pupil names replaced with neutral tokens). The mapping table is held only in volatile memory and destroyed when the session ends.

قبل إرسال أي طلب إلى نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي توليدي، تُجري خطوة إخفاء في الذاكرة تحل محل المعرفات الشخصية (أسماء التلاميذ مثلاً) برموز محايدة. يُحتفظ بجدول الربط في الذاكرة المؤقتة فقط ويُحذف عند انتهاء الجلسة.

Zero-Retention AI Gateway(بوابة التوليد دون احتفاظ)

Requests forwarded to OmniRoute (/v1/*) are processed with ephemeral TLS encryption; zero prompts or documents are ever retained or used for model training.

تُعالَج الطلبات المرسلة إلى OmniRoute (/v1/*) بتشفير TLS مؤقت؛ ولا يُحتفظ أبداً بأي مطالبات أو مستندات ولا تُستخدم لتدريب النماذج.

Immutable Activity Journal(سجل النشاط المحلي)

A cryptographic hash-chained activity journal (activity.log) is appended locally on the user's disk so users can always audit what actions the agent took.

يُلحَق سجل نشاط محلي مُشفَّر بتسلسل تجزئة تشفيري (activity.log) على قرص المستخدم ليتمكن من مراجعة الإجراءات التي اتخذها المساعد في أي وقت.

OS Keychain Storage(تخزين المفاتيح الآمن)

Desktop tokens (mk_dsk_...) are encrypted with Windows DPAPI or macOS Keychain, never stored in plaintext.

تُشفَّر الرموز المميزة لسطح المكتب (mk_dsk_...) باستخدام Windows DPAPI أو macOS Keychain، ولا تُخزَّن أبداً في نص عادي.

Offline Workflows(العمل دون اتصال)

Only generative text queries require network egress; file indexing, grade recalculations, and template exports run 100% offline.

تستلزم استعلامات النص التوليدي فقط اتصالاً بالشبكة؛ أما فهرسة الملفات وإعادة حساب الدرجات وتصدير القوالب فتعمل بنسبة 100% دون اتصال.

Data Retention & Deletion(التحكم والحذف)

Deleting a workspace removes all associated local indices and cached records.

يؤدي حذف مساحة عمل إلى إزالة جميع الفهارس المحلية المرتبطة بها والسجلات المخزنة مؤقتاً.
